Your treatment commences with an initial chat and consultation, which lasts about 30 minutes. The aim of this is to develop an understanding of your medical history, lifestyle and to ensure there are no contraindications* you may have to massage.

Based on this information, I then discuss with you the most appropriate massage approach. For instance, if you are experiencing tension in your neck and shoulder, the massage session can be tailored to focus more on this area. The overall objective is to provide you with a bespoke treatment that best meets your specific requirements. 

For your comfort and convenience treatment locations can be arranged to suit - my therapy room, your home, your office, or a third party therapy centre.

* A contraindication is a reason that makes it inadvisable to employ a particular treatment.
